VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Logistics Administrator for a market leading organisation that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a growing organisation with opportunities for progression.
The role is based in the company's Coleraine office. This is a Permanent position.
Shifts are Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 8.00pm.
Salary
£25,000+ per year + Fantastic Benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Driver Training Administration - using internal systems.
- Driver Debrief Administration.
- Compliance Administration - Accident & Insurance reporting.
- Production of reports for all sites.
- Route planning.
- General Office Administration.
- Query Management & Call Handling.
Essential Criteria:
- Proficient in all M/S Office packages, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Confident and articulate.
- Team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Good standard of education or relevant demonstratable experience.
Desired Criteria:
- Experience with Route Planning software
- Experience in the Food Service Industry
