Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor - Belfast
Full-time, Permanent | £33,000-£36,000 + Excellent Benefits


We're working with a leading Belfast law firm experiencing continued growth in its litigation practice. They are now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their respected team.


This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and personal injury (PI) cases, within a supportive and well-structured environment.


What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own files (with full supervision and guidance) across RTA and personal injury matters
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and medical experts
  • Negotiating settlements and progressing cases efficiently
  • Working closely with experienced colleagues to develop your litigation skills


What we're looking for:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying this year)
  • Some litigation experience from your training contract (RTA or PI desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with a willingness to learn
