Litigation Solicitor
The Opportunity
A well-established and progressive law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, commercially minded environment, handling a strong and consistent flow of quality litigation work.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with a focus on personal injury claims, including motor and non-motor cases, as well as uninsured loss recovery. The position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to develop your practice within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Running a caseload of civil litigation files from inception to conclusion
- Handling personal injury claims (motor, non-motor, and uninsured loss)
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients
- Drafting pleadings, court documents, and correspondence
- Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in civil litigation / personal injury
- Able to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
