About the Employer

Our client is a well-established automotive dealership group with over 60 locations across the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Ongoing growth and increased workshop demand has created the need for an additional Vehicle Technician to join their aftersales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards

  • Diagnose faults and provide technical recommendations

  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on safety and reliability

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop controllers

  • Ensure accurate completion of job documentation and records

  • Contribute to a professional and efficient workshop environment


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in an automotive technician or mechanic role

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability

  • Commitment to high standards of work and customer satisfaction

Desirable:

  • Experience within a franchised/main dealership environment
