About you
Qualified solicitor or barrister entitled to practise in Northern Ireland
Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience advising on complex legal matters
Strong experience managing litigation within the Northern Ireland court system
Proven ability to interpret legislation and apply legal judgement to complex issues
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Highly analytical with strong case management skills
Experience in one or more of the following is essential:
Judicial review
Coroner's inquests
Public inquiries
Criminal proceedings
What you'll do
Provide high-quality legal advice on complex and sensitive matters
Manage and progress litigation cases through the Northern Ireland courts
Represent the organisation at court hearings and legal proceedings
Lead on case strategy, preparation of submissions, and evidence gathering
Advise on the interpretation and application of legislation
Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of the legal team
