About you
- Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor's Degree) or above, in HR or a Business related discipline
AND
- At least two years' experience delivering and supporting a Learning & Development function.
- L&D experience to include:
- The assessment of learning and development needs of employees.
- Supporting the implementation and delivery of learning and development programmes and be content in supporting of these needs and organisational objectives.
- Supporting the evaluation of learning and development programmes.
- Experience of supporting and delivering service improvements within an HR or L&D role
- Experience of working in an L&D Function within a wider HR Team
- Experience in use of IT systems i.e., Word, databases, Excel in order to produce targeted management information reports
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport
What you'll do
- Seek out opportunities to improve L&D service provision and efficiency, contributing
to Directorate continuous improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, and associated project work, as required. - Provide advice and guidance to line managers, employees and the administrative team to ensure compliance with organisational, legislative and best practice requirements in relation to the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Quality assure the content and delivery of externally sourced mandatory training providers.
- Assist with the delivery of the Training Academy's for all staff and support on maximising personal and business performance and career progression within.
