VANRATH are excited to be working alongside a leading Public Sector body who are actively seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month basis to work alongside their Learning and Development Business Support team based in Belfast.

Reporting to the HR Advisor, as an integral member of the Learning and Development Support Team, provide a modern, professional and customer focused administrative service to support the various Learning and Development functions and the vision and mission of the organisation and the HR Directorate.
About you
- Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths
- Have at least two years' experience of working in a Learning and Development administration function.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications
- Excellent organisational skills
What you'll do
- Provide a professional and confidential administrative service to support all the various Learning and Development functions
- To provide a range of administrative and reception duties to support the service delivery of the Learning and Development Centre.
- Ensure all employee Learning and Development records (manual and computerised) are up to date and accurate.
- Assist in the implementation of any new Learning Management System (LMS), develop expertise in it and provide advice and guidance to relevant staff as appropriate.
- To produce timely, accurate and meaningful reports and statistics, manipulating data as required, on L&D activity for management.
- To provide guidance and support to course participants and line managers regarding Learning and Development interventions and the application of L&D policies and procedures as required.
- To attend meetings and participate in training relevant to the work of the Learning and Development centre.
