Location: Hybrid or Remote (Northern Ireland)
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact through technology. The role involves leading a team of 4 and requires expertise in Python, CI, large-scale pipeline deployment, data modeling, and AWS. Experience with Snowflake or similar tools is highly advantageous.
Role Overview: As a Data Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team and driving the development and implementation of data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, CI, deploying large-scale pipelines, and a strong background in data modeling. The role offers flexibility, including a 4-day workweek every other week, and is open to hybrid or remote working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 in the development and deployment of data solutions.
- Utilize Python, CI, and other tools to design and implement large-scale data pipelines.
- Apply expertise in data modeling to ensure effective storage and retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical leadership.
- Utilize AWS and ideally Snowflake or similar tools for efficient data processing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data-focused role, with a strong emphasis on leadership.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with CI for pipeline deployment.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and AWS.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
