Role Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Operatives / Labourers for general site worK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing construction team, assisting in a wide range of building, groundworks, and site preparation duties.

No formal qualifications are required, but previous site experience is highly desirable. Successful candidates will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions on a fast-paced job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting tradesmen and skilled workers with manual labour

• Site preparation, clearance, and clean-up

• Loading and unloading materials and tools

• Operating basic hand tools and small plant (if qualified)

• Following all site safety procedures and reporting hazards

• Ensuring work areas are tidy and materials are organised

• Kerbing, flagging, Fencing, Concrete

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience on a construction site (preferred)

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour tasks

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions

• Good understanding of site safety

Desirable Criteria

• Valid CSR/CSCS card

• Manual handling or health & safety training

• Access to transport or ability to travel to site reliably
