Junior Planner - 32k - Portadown - Immediate

A well-established and respected bespoke joinery and fit-out company is seeking a Junior Production Planner to join its growing production team.

This role is perfect for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

• Coordinate production schedules and update project timelines
• Liaise with the workshop team, procurement, and project managers
• Track and document workflow progress
• Maintain accurate time & attendance records
• Prepare production reports and administrative documents
• Assist with quality control and dispatch paperwork
• Support compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies

• Previous experience in an administrative or production support role
• (manufacturing or joinery experience is a plus)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems is desirable
• Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude

• 37.5-hour working week (Mon-Thurs: 8:30-17:00, Fri: 8:30-14:30)
