Junior Business Analyst

Belfast (Hybrid working)

£25,000 - £30,000

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will gather management information that can be used to develop strategies to improve performance through the advancement of work management systems and optimise results

The Ideal Person



The successful candidate will have experience working with business end users, strong communication skills and the use of Microsoft IT applications

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in supporting IT implementation
  • Driving licence
  • Problem solver
  • Ideally with experience in the utilities industry

Responsibilities



As a Junior Business Analyst, you will report to the Commercial Manager, playing an integral role in how the connections business evolves to meet the demand as the client strives to achieve climate goals

  • Ensuring process compliance within the business
  • Respond to colleague or customer requests
  • Engage with business users to document as-is processes and support development of process improvements
  • Providing support in the development of IT business cases
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of IT projects
