A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Joiner to become part of a progressive and well-established manufacturing and fit-out organisation based in Carrickfergus. Operating from state-of-the-art workshop facilities, the company delivers specialist joinery and interior fit-out projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, professionalism and employee development, the business has built an excellent reputation within the industry.

The Ideal Person
* Qualified Joiner with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Carpentry & Joinery
* Minimum of two years' relevant industry experience
* Strong work ethic with a focus on quality workmanship
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach with willingness to travel to site when required

Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality production joinery within a modern workshop environment
* Attend site to install and fit joinery items as required
* Deliver bespoke joinery and fit-out solutions in line with specifications
* Ensure work meets customer requirements and quality expectations
* Follow company health & safety procedures and standards
* Maintain high standards of workmanship across workshop and site activities

Remuneration
£16 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half for any hours worked beyond 39 per week, alongside a competitive overall benefits package.
