Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced joiner who can perform a variety of carpentry tasks with precision and care. The role offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a work-life balance while providing a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of carpentry and joinery tasks, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of structures and fixtures.
  • Work on projects such as building frameworks, installing doors, windows, and cabinetry, and constructing partitions.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain and manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a joiner, with comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques.
  • Skilled in using both electrical and manual tools and measurement instruments.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
