  VANRATH are recruiting a Joiner to work for a leading Property Services Contractor, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
  
  Remuneration:
  £14.00 to £15.00 per hour
  
  immediate starts available
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • 
    
    • Work alongside existing/other members of the team
    • Undertake a range joinery tasks on large and small commercial projects
    • Always observe the highest levels of health and safety
    • Update Site/Project Management/Helpdesk on Progess of works and request time extensions as required
    • Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works
    • Provide detailed write-ups/PDA reports of works
    • Deal with a variety of clients daily
    • Keep accurate time reports on all tasks completed

• The Ideal Person:
• Be time served or appropriately qualified and be able to demonstrate relevant experience
• 1st & 2nd fix joinery experience
• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services
• General joinery works such as fitting doors, kitchens, repairing floors, stud walls and windows
• Valid CSR Card
• Must be available for Out of Hours Call-Outs on rotational basis
• Full driving licence
