Overview

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support the ongoing stability and effectiveness of our IT environment. Operating across multiple locations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that essential systems, devices, and infrastructure run securely and without interruption.

This practical, hands-on position involves providing technical support, resolving issues, and managing the deployment and maintenance of IT hardware and software. The role offers broad exposure to a range of technologies and systems, directly impacting the reliability and security of our IT operations.

About you

  • Degree in IT or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in IT support or systems administration

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

  • Effective communicator, comfortable providing support remotely and in-person

  • Adaptable and efficient in dynamic, multi-site environments

  • Driving licence and access to own car

What you'll do as an IT Systems Administrator

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple sites

  • Record, track, and resolve user support requests through the IT service desk system

  • Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and mobile devices

  • Support and troubleshoot internal applications and business systems

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Co-Pilot and Entra tools

  • Oversee Windows Server management, including Active Directory and Group Policy tasks

  • Facilitate onboarding of new users, including hardware and software provisioning
