Overview
We're seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with the day-to-day stability and efficiency of our IT operations. Working across multiple sites, you will ensure core systems, devices, and infrastructure continue to support smooth and secure operations.
In this hands-on role, you will handle user support, technical troubleshooting, and the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and software. You'll gain exposure to a variety of platforms and technologies, contributing directly to the performance and security of our systems and services.

About you
Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Strong experience in IT support or system administration
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Confident communicator with experience delivering both remote and face-to-face support
Comfortable working in fast-paced or multi-site environments
- Driving licence and access to own car
What you'll do as an IT Support Technician
Provide front-line (1st/2nd line) IT support across various locations
Log and resolve user issues using the IT service desk system
Configure, deploy, and maintain IT hardware, software, and mobile devices
Support internal platforms, tools, and business applications
Perform user account administration and access control
Maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Co-Pilot and Entra
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server functions
Assist with new user onboarding and hardware provisioning
