Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join a growing global Managed Service Provider (MSP) as they expand their Belfast operations. With exciting growth plans underway, this role offers an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a forward-thinking organisation that provides real opportunities for career progression and technical development.
We have placed 9 IT professionals here in the past year, a few have gained permanent positions and promotions, the others extended and are still there. They have some exciting plans for the long term, so it's a great time to join.
Most of their client base is in the US so the vast majority of working hours are aligned to the US - see below:
*Mon to Fri, 2pm to 11pm (work from home outside of business hours, so in the office 2-6, then finish shift at home)
Requirements
- MSP experience.
- Strong Level 2 IT Support experience.
- M365 expertise is a major plus.
- Desired: Ability to drive proactive improvements - patching, security policies, project planning etc.
