Overview
VANRATH now stands as the first-tier supplier to a range of Top 100 Northern Ireland organisations, SMEs, Public Sector organisations, Health and Social Care Trusts and NFP Organisations. One of these organisations are now on the lookout for an IT Support Officer.
As an IT Support Officer, you will provide general IT Support to the organisation's end users and assist with maintenance and upgrades of their IT Infrastructure, as well as deployment and installation of new software and hardware.
The role as an IT Support Officer is typically a Mon-Fri/9-5 but sometimes would require shift work (depending on demand, but more of a rarity). The role may also be split between remote and onsite support, and therefore may require travel to various sites.
