VANRATH are delighted to be working with a growing IT solutions organisation on their search for IT support consultants. This role is on-site and also involves regular site visits to clients. This is an opportunity to join an experienced team with a clear pathway for career progression and development.
The Role
- Hardware & software support and maintenance
- Provide technical support to clients via email, phone and in-person.
- System updates and security procedures
- Help improve IT documentation and procedures
The Ideal Person
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Relevant IT degree or certifications
- Experience with Microsoft, Dell and Fortinet technologies.
- Good understanding of security principles.
- Happy to travel on-site to clients
