The Ideal Person

If you've 1-2+ years' experience working in an IT Support environment and you're looking for an opportunity to step up the ladder to a more intermediate level role:

  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft O365
  • Knowledge of operating systems (e.g MS Windows, Apple OS)
  • Knowledge of Audio and Video Conferencing


As an End User Support Engineer you will:

  • Deliver high- quality support to end-users in a courteous professional manner
  • Support desktop technology and applications
  • Respond to calls and manage issues until resolution
  • Provide support on-site for assigned office as scheduled prior to an event or additional support requirements.
