The Role
- Provide technical support to staff
- Work closely with IT Manager to implement IT solutions
- Provide hardware & software support
- Assist with windows logins and configurations
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Familiar with Windows 10 & 11
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience providing remote support
- Experience supporting end users
