IT Support Analyst

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with an established law firm on their search for an IT Support Analyst. This position is suited to candidates with 1+ years experience in an IT support position, ideally working in a M365 environment.

This is a full time permanent position based in Belfast, offering fantastic opportunities for career progression and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware and software support (remotely and on-site)
  • Reply to ServiceNow requests via email, phone and in-person
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve IT related problems
  • Help with wider IT projects when required

Essential Criteria

  • 1+ year in an IT support or service desk role
  • Experience working in a Microsoft environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 10
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Good educational background - IT related degree or certification
