IT Service Desk Engineer

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with a market leader in environmental products. The IT Service Desk Engineer is a key member of the IT operations team supporting a wide range of systems that are critical to the operation of the business.

The Role

  • 1st line IT Support.
  • Diagnose and fixing client issues. Escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Manage internal IT issues and operated the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Work as part of the wide Group IT Operations team.

The Ideal Person

  • Previous experience in an IT Support role (1+ years)
  • Experience using a service desk ticketing system
  • Microsoft office 365
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Approachable with good interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Azure experience is desirable
