Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Agent to join a growing global Managed Service Provider (MSP) as they expand their Belfast operations. With exciting growth plans underway, this role offers an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a forward-thinking organisation that provides real opportunities for career progression and technical development.
The role will be about a third reactive phone calls and tickets - and two thirds proactive improvement projects.
This is a large organisation with plans to expand, so there could be the possibility of extension or promotion down the line.
Requirements
- MSP experience
- Strong IT Support experience
- M365 expert
- Strong end user troubleshooting skills
- Ability to drive proactive improvements around:
- Security policies
- Patching
- Implementing improvements that drive down overall ticket volumes etc
