Overview
Our public sector client wishes to employ an IT Service Desk Advisor to contribute to the operation of their client facing drop in IT Help/Service Desk. This is a great opportunity for those that enjoy working with people and working with both hardware and software.
As an IT Service Desk Advisor, you'll assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving general IT Support issues across laptops, mobiles and networks. You'll also assist with installations and upgrades of both hardware and software. The staff at this organisation mainly use Apple products, so most of the work will involve working with MAC systems, but there will also be some windows/m365 too.
Requirements
- Solid IT support experience
- Customer service experience, comfortable providing onsite face to face support
- Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of Apple / MAC products including laptops and mobiles
- Experience providing support across Microsoft products including emails/teams/office
