IT SAP (S&D) Business Analyst - FMCG

Job Title: Senior IT SAP Business Analyst - Sales and Distribution

Reports To: IT Manager

Purpose: The Senior IT SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the implementation, integration and maintenance of SAP Sales and Distribution systems to support the business objectives of an FMCG Shared Services firm. They will work closely with business stakeholders in the Sales and Distribution department to understand their needs, and design, implement and support solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the requirement gathering process for new SAP Sales and Distribution projects and initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and best practices in SAP Sales and Distribution
-Design and implement SAP Sales and Distribution solutions that meet the needs of the business and align with company objectives
-Lead the testing and validation of new SAP Sales and Distribution solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are fit for purpose
-Provide training and support to end-users of new SAP Sales and Distribution solutions
-Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Sales and Distribution best practices and methodologies
-Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing SAP Sales and Distribution systems
-Work closely with the IT team to ensure that SAP Sales and Distribution solutions are integrated with other systems and platforms within the organisation

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SAP Business Analyst role, with a focus on Sales and Distribution
-Proven experience in leading requirement gathering and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions
-Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Experience with Agile development methodologies
-BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
-SAP SD certification is a plus
