IT Recruitment Resourcer

Are you a recruitment resourcer or a graduate who is confident on the phone, has excellent organisational skills, and would like to earn good monthly bonuses?

VANRATH are in a period of significant growth due to the success of the last 12 months and is now seeking to recruit a resourcer (Candidate Management) due to increased demand from our clients for quality candidates.

We are looking for an individual who is results orientated, bright, honest and has a professional manner. You will be joining a close-knit group of individuals who work as a collective and all aspire to the same goals and objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

• The successful individual will support our experienced consultants in finding the right candidates for our vast client base.
• Using our current CRM to manage candidate data, and communicate with existing candidates ensuring they receive the highest quality of service.
• Work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to establish the skill sets of candidates that we are currently sourcing
• Measure and report on results achieved
• Assist the VANRATH marketing team with other methods to find exceptional candidates
