Systems Implementation Project Manager - HR/Finance Systems/ 42-45k - Hybrid/Belfast- Immediate Start

VANRATH are recruiting an experienced IT Project Manager for a Belfast based ALB organisation. Reporting into Senior Manager, this is an asap start for an initial duration of 9 months (with opportunities for extension). This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager looking to gain client side type work with a Public Sector organisation.

Remuneration

£42,000-£45,000, plus pension, holiday pay.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and procurement of HR IT system.
  • Evaluation of development needs, oversight of development, implementation and testing, when required in respect of Finance and HR IT systems.
  • Resolution of technical issues to prevent loss of functionality.
  • Oversight and maintenance of Data Integrity with regular checks and documented audit trail.
  • Ensuring systems are implemented to facilitate Records Management Policy, and Retention and Disposal Schedule, and overseeing the appropriate archiving and destruction of records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of training documents and video resources in addition to facilitation of training sessions, mentoring, and supporting teams and staff on new and evolving processes and application of IT systems.

Candidate

  • Experience implementing new information systems in an organisation, integrating with or replacing manual process or system.
  • Use of financial and HR computerised system
  • Design and extraction of reports from IT information systems.
  • Experience of public sector procurement processes
  • Project management experience including milestone and targets setting, monitoring and reporting.
  • Project Management Qualification
  • Experience of use of SAGE accounting package(s)
