Contract Programme Director- Public Sector

VANRATH are pleased to be partnering a major Public Sector Organisation. They require a Programme Director to join on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role requiring travel to mainland UK (2 days per week), there are multiple office choices across the UK.

The project requires someone with a proven track record of leading highly complex change programmes in the Public Sector. The successful person will be accountable to the programme SRO in leading the successful delivery of a complex transformation programme, which is a key initiative in our business change portfolio.

You should have extensive experience implementing IT Target Operating Model - with a strong outsourcing focus. Experience Decommissioning legacy estates and background in multi million pound programme delivery at Director level.

Holds a relevant Project Delivery Leadership certification.
Recognised PPM Practitioner certification.
Post Graduate Degree
Experienced in leading and establishing governance frameworks, how financial budgets and resources are managed.
