My client, a well-established organisation operating across multiple sites, is hiring an IT Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and developing the organisation's entire IT environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations that support business growth and service delivery.

As an IT Manager, you will take ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery. You will lead day-to-day IT activities while also shaping long-term strategy, managing vendors, and delivering key technology projects. You will oversee system upgrades, telephony implementations, cloud services, internal platforms, and network security improvements, ensuring high availability and strong data protection standards.
You will act as the primary point of contact for all technology matters, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across the IT function.
The Person
* Proven experience in an IT Manager or Senior IT Lead role
* Strong experience managing servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices
* Experience overseeing cybersecurity controls, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, wireless networks, and system scalability
* Experience leading IT support functions and managing service delivery
* Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating SLAs
* Experience leading IT projects such as migrations, system upgrades, and telephony rollouts
* Strong understanding of access control, endpoint protection, and data security best practices
* Experience working within structured project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
