IT Lead Business Analyst- Financial Services
Job Description
My client, a leading fintech company in Belfast, is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their team.
Prior experience working in shared services, fintech, or software development is required.
You'll be joining a solid, stable company that has gotten considerable funding from a large technology company for future initiatives that will be fun and exciting to work on, as well as a competitive benefits package.
In a market of many Business Analyst roles, this position stands out.
What will you need to succeed as a Lead Business Analyst?
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role (5-6 years preferred)
- Experience of working on projects throughout the full SDLC
- Approachable, enthusiastic, amusing, and an excellent communicator
- Ability to establish good relationships with both potential new clients and existing clients.
- Have completed project manager responsibilities in the past
- Significant experience gathering requirements, user stories, UI specifications, and report specifications
- Experienced with Requirements Management, Knowledge Management, and Collaboration Tools. Visual Modelling, Data Modelling, and Automation Tools are all advanced starting tools.
