IT Infrastructure Support Analyst
- Up to £42,000
- Belfast City Centre
- Hybrid
The successful candidate will be responsible for you'll offer technical assistance to internal clients via phone, email, and in-person, and escalate issues to appropriate teams or external providers when needed. Your duties include enhancing processes and seeking automation possibilities for routine tasks.
The Role
- Providing IT support to customers.
- Resolve software & hardware queries.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolves recurring problems.
- Help automate IT processes.
The Ideal Person
- 3+ yeas experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and/or iOS technologies.
