Overview
Our US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an IT Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the operation of their client's cloud, network, server, and security services.
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll resolve escalated tickets for their IT infrastructure. This will include supporting Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure), server hardware, software and security/network devices.
Requirements
- A thorough understanding of a modern IT Infrastructure, its technologies and tools.
- Strong competency with Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi
- Experience of diagnosing and resolving complex problems. Managing service desk tickets to adhere to SLA's, providing telephony and remote support.
- Positive attitude and friendly team player
- Ideally able to start ASAP and able to commit to 4 months contract / open to potential extension and move to permanent.
