VANRATH are pleased to be working with a globally recognised materials manufacturing company on their search for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their site IT team.
The IT infrastructure analyst will be responsible for infrastructure support across multiple sites within the local area and must have a proven background in a similar position.
The Role
- Management of IT equipment
- Building & deploying troubleshooting stations
- Act as the main point of support for IT infrastructure on site
- Provide remote support to multiple locations when needed
- Help improve work processes and managing ticketing
The Ideal Person
- Minimum 2+ years experience in an infrastructure support role
- Strong knowledge of workstation hardware and servers
- Active directory experience
- Knowledge of IT security fundamentals
- Practical experience with routers, switches, firewalls and server technologies
- Computer science degree or relative certification
