The Ideal Person

If you have knowledge and practical experience in a busy Service Desk / Help Desk environment and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity with one of the most well renowned local firms:

  • Experience in a Customer Services environment
  • Experience of providing hands-on and remote technical support
  • Good experience and demonstration of familiarity with Windows/O365 Environments
  • Ability to install and configure hardware and software components



Responsibilities

As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email or face to face support
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of all requests
  • Experience of providing hands-on and remote technical support
  • Ability to configure hardware and software components
