Overview

My client is currently modernising their IT Infrastructure across their sites in Northern Ireland and have a requirement for an IT HelpDesk Advisor to join their IT Infrastructure team as soon as possible. You'll be providing general IT and Network Support to professionals within the organisation via inbound calls, assisting with general IT support queries such as device issues/setup, networks, printers, logins, as well as hardware/software support and deployments, resolving at first point of contact or raising tickets to appropriate team.

About you

  • Over 1 year experience in IT Support providing software/hardware support for a range of devices including PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Mobiles etc..
  • IT Degree
  • Motivated to learn and passionate team player
  • Positive morale, happy to get the job done
  • Adapatable, versatile, happy to take on a variety of tasks across IT Support and IT projects
  • Driving licence and access to own car.

What you'll do as an IT HelpDesk Advisor

  • Primarily on IT HelpDesk resolving IT queries and issues at first point of contact
  • Resolving/escalating tickets appropriately
  • Providing software/hardware support
  • Collaborating within a team to ensure efficient resolutions
  • May be required to travel to various sites to provide on-site support.
