The ideal candidate for an IT Business Analyst position in the FMCG industry will be responsible for the overall implementation of IT strategic projects concentrating on business operations, process models, and system functionality and users.
Ensure that procedures are effectively defined and communicated, identify skills that employees need to succeed in their roles, identify and address change requirements, and ensure that systems address business requirements and deliver the appropriate information needed to manage the organisation. It also comprises providing technical support in the live systems environment to help resolve support issues quickly.
The roles Essential criteria:
- Business or an IT related field Degree
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience delivering projects through the SDLC
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- PRINCE2 or another management framework certification
- Experience working in an 'AS' or 'IS' team
- Understand and write basic SQL code and logic to complete functions within applications to meet business requirements
