The Role
- Providing technical support to staff
- Help improve IT processes company wide
- Software enhancement
- Work with 3rd party suppliers
- Oversee ICT infrastructure
- Collaborate with the wider IT team on new projects
The Ideal Person
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Network switching experience
- VPN & Firewall management
- Microsoft server
- Hyper-V management
