Shifts: Generally M-F 9-6/10-7 but flexibility for some evening work would be desireable.

Overview
Our US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an IT End User Engineer to contribute to the operation of their client's cloud, network, server, and security services.
As an IT End User Engineer, you'll resolve escalated tickets for their clients' IT infrastructure. This will include Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure) etc, and helping with Windows 10 to 11 upgrades.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT support experience
- Time spent in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 (M365/O365), Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Defender, and endpoint protection.
- Specifically looking for experience in setting up/ configuring INKY, Umbrella, Proofpoint, Mimecast and Mac scripting.
