VANRATH are pleased to be working with a top 100 NI business company on their search for an IT Business Support Analyst. This opportunity is based full-time on-site in Newry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support company wide and will report into the Head of IT.
The Role
- Providing 1st line technical support
- Working on ERP projects
- Data maintenance on company systems
- Assist in writing IT documentation reports
The Ideal Person
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Windows server knowledge
- Cloud technology knowledge (Azure)
- SQL server experience
