IT Business Analyst FMCG

My client, headquartered in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team and help with business system installations throughout the group's many locations.
You will report directly to the IT Project Manager and will assist end users in the implementation of new applications as well as the mapping and informing of business process improvements. Working on your own initiative along with working well as part of a team is crucial.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of two years of expertise in business analysis or systems implementation is required
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall Methodologies in the full systems delivery lifecycle
• Experience of directly interacting with end users at various levels within an organisation
• A proven track record in software testing and end user training
• Previous experience with implementing either and ERP solution or BI Systems (is desirable but not essential!)
• Working within the manufacturing industry (ideally fmcg) is a bonus!
