Application Support Analyst - Financial Systems
- Salary: Up to £38,000
- Location: Belfast (hybrid)
- Permanent position
The Role
- Provide 1st to 3rd line technical support to the help-desk team and users within the organisation
- Assist with company infrastructure migration to cloud (azure)
- Help develop and support key IT applications with the business
- Assist with projects headed by the finanical team
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Essential Criteria:
- 3+ years experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of financial systems such as Integra is beneficial
- Experience with cloud (azure)
- Working knowledge of VMWare & Citrix is beneficial
- Experience in a system migration project is beneficial
