Overview

My client is looking for an IT Analyst to support their contact centre IP Telephony Infrastructure. This role will be a Mon-Fri 9-5 full time position. They offer flexible hybrid working and the structure of this will be decided with the team. You'll joining a team responsible for resolving incidents, managing service requests, problem solving and general IT support following ITIL processes.

The client

VANRATH are partnering with a housing sector organisation to support the recruitment for the IT Infrastructure team. Right now, they are responsible for the maintenance and management of IP Telephony software used within their contact centre.

They have a range of IT teams here and have seen significant growth with the implementation of new systems, as well as planned upgrades in the coming years, so this is a great chance to kick start a career with them.

About you

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• ITIL process experience (managing service requests, resolving incidents etc)
• Experience of IP Telephony Technology (such as call routing)
• Experience of network support (WIFI / LAN)
• Positive team player and strong communicator

What you'll do as an IT Analyst

• Resolve all incidents within agreed timescales and escalate where appropriate
• Problem solving/management
• Help with migration/upgrades of systems/projects
• General IT / Network support
• Maintain strong relationships with team and business stakeholders
