  • Location: Londonderry/ Derry
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time
  • Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, fully on-site.

Overview

Hands-on IT Administrator role delivering first-line support across a head office and multi-site operation, covering hardware, software, user on-boarding, telephony systems, and troubleshooting. Also includes admin coordination, liaising with third-party providers, and supporting business operations where IT and service delivery overlap.

Essential:

  • Commercial experience in IT support or a blended IT/Admin role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confident acting as first-line IT support
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong communication skills (users and third-party providers)
  • Full driving licence with willingness to travel
  • No degree required- hands on experience looked on favourably

Desirable:

  • Experience with VoIP/telephony systems (e.g. RingCentral)
  • Background in multi-site environments (retail, logistics, industrial)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and endpoint management
