Job description
This role sits within a specialist transfer pricing and international tax function and is suited to an experienced Senior Manager or Director who is comfortable taking ownership of complex client work, providing technical leadership, and contributing to the continued development of the practice.
The firm is open to candidates from practice or industry, particularly those with significant multinational corporate tax experience looking to move into, or progress within, a senior advisory role.
The role offers a defined pathway to further senior leadership, with the opportunity to influence strategy, build a market profile, and progress towards Partner-level responsibility over time.
What You Will Do
Lead and review complex transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions
Provide technical leadership on transfer pricing policy design, documentation, and benchmarking studies
Advise on intercompany transactions including goods, services, IP, and financing arrangements
Act as a senior technical advisor on wider international corporate tax matters, including Controlled Foreign Company rules, Corporate Interest Restriction, and permanent establishment and residency issues
Support clients through tax authority enquiries, audits, and dispute resolution processes
Take a lead role in client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Contribute to business development, proposal work, and the growth of the transfer pricing offering
Mentor and develop junior team members, setting technical and quality standards.

Requirements
Proven experience operating at Senior Manager or Director level within transfer pricing or international corporate tax
Strong exposure to multinational groups, either in practice or in-house
Demonstrable experience advising on, or managing, CFC, Corporate Interest Restriction, and permanent establishment or residency matters
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical advice into practical solutions
Strong client-facing and leadership skills
