As an Internal Audit Senior you'll be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering high-quality internal audit assignments, often acting as the key client contact on site. What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver internal audit assignments from planning through to reporting
  • Assess controls, identify risks, and make practical recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare clear, concise and well-structured audit reports for a varied client base
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during assignments, building strong relationships
  • Support and guide junior team members where required
  • Assist with wider risk management, governance, and compliance work as needed
  • Work across multiple sectors, gaining experience with a broad range of organisations

What you'll need

  • Part or fully qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA)
  • Minimum of 2 years' internal audit experience, preferably within practice or public sector
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk-based auditing
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage audit assignments effectively
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a genuine interest in developing your career
