  • Manage all stages of the audit process, from planning and fieldwork through to reporting and presentation of findings to client Boards and Audit Committees.
  • Coach, develop and review the work of junior team members to ensure consistent quality and professional growth.
  • Advise clients on governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management best practice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Support business development activities, including tenders, proposals, and client presentations.

  • Supportive, collaborative team culture with ongoing professional development and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with proven experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance.
  • Previous experience at manager level within practice or a comparable in-house internal audit function.
  • Strong technical understanding of risk management frameworks and internal control systems.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to Dublin as required.
