🛠️ What will I do?
Lead and deliver end-to-end internal audit assignments - from planning through to fieldwork, reporting and close-out meetings.
Prepare Terms of Reference and ensure fieldwork is delivered to a high standard and in line with audit methodology.
Draft clear, insightful reports with practical, actionable recommendations.
Present findings to client management and contribute to Audit Committee reporting.
Support the implementation of the new Global Internal Audit Standards across client work.
Build relationships with client teams and develop a deep understanding of their risk landscape.
Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to training and development initiatives.
Assist with ad-hoc special projects and investigations as required.
✅ What will I have?
ACA / ACCA / CIIA qualified (or working towards), with experience in internal audit - ideally within public sector or professional services.
A strong grasp of internal audit methodology and an ability to manage audits from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills - able to present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Organised, detail-focused and proactive in your approach.
A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland as needed.
