Internal Account Manager

Job Description

VANRATH have exclusively partnered with a long established company that is one of the leaders in wholesale. The organisation is recruiting for an Internal Account Manager position.

Operating from an office in Omagh; you will keep in touch with existing accounts from the branch.

Hours

Monday - Friday w/ flexible hours

7.30 - 4.30 OR 8.00 - 5.00 OR 8.30 - 5.30

Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 plus a fantastic benefits package, bonus (highly experienced candidates at higher salary may be considered - enquire within)

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for client enquires and sales needs
  • Recording and reporting of account status and transactions
  • Provide solutions for the clients and resolve any potential issues
  • Provide great sales and service experience to accounts of all levels

Person Specification

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an account manager/internal sales role, with a successful track record in upselling and KPI target delivery.
  • Face-to-face Sales experience.
  • Proven experience of nurturing existing customer accounts whilst achieving and exceeding sales.
  • Technical sales background (electrical, engineering, construction etc.)
