About you
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- Currently working towards APC with a clear goal to achieve MRICS
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within a commercial consultancy setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence
What you'll do
- Support delivery of professional services including dilapidations, condition surveys, and building pathology reports
- Assist with contract administration and project management tasks
- Contribute to planned preventative maintenance schedules and reinstatement cost assessments
- Conduct defect analysis and technical due diligence
- Work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial instructions, progressing towards your APC and chartership
